One Last Frame is an independent, non-commercial fan tribute created by admirers of the actor professionally known as Thalapathy Vijay. The Site is not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored or approved by the actor, his family, his political party, his production or management companies, or any film studio, distributor or rights holder mentioned on the Site.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Site. If you are under 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), you may use the Site only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

When you sign the legacy portrait you may submit your name, city, country, a short message, a favourite film and a hand-drawn signature (collectively, "User Contributions"). You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to submit your User Contributions.
• Your User Contributions do not infringe any third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Your User Contributions are lawful and do not contain hate speech, harassment, threats, sexually explicit content, spam, malware, personal data of others, or political campaigning.

You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to host, display, reproduce and distribute your User Contributions on the Site (including in the mosaic portrait, the Wall of Fans and any downloadable Legacy Certificate you or another visitor generates) for as long as the Site operates. You can request removal of your contribution at any time via the Contact page by supplying your Legacy ID.

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, offensive, defamatory or unlawful content.
• Impersonate any person or entity, including the actor, his family or his representatives.
• Use bots, scrapers or automated tools to sign the portrait, generate fake counts, or overload the Site.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, breach or interfere with the Site's security or infrastructure.
• Use the Site or its content for any commercial purpose without our prior written permission.

Film posters, stills, photographs and related imagery of the actor remain the exclusive property of their respective rights holders and are used on the Site strictly for identification and non-commercial fan-tribute purposes under principles of fair dealing / fair use. The Site's original code, layout, dot-mosaic system, wordmark and Legacy Certificate design are © the operators of the Site and may not be copied without permission. If you are a rights holder and wish for specific content to be removed, please contact us using the Contact page and we will act promptly.

The Site is supported by third-party advertising, including Google AdSense. Ads help us keep One Last Framefree for fans worldwide. We do not control the specific ads shown to you and are not responsible for the content, accuracy or practices of any advertiser. Please review our Privacy Policy for information about advertising cookies and how to opt out.

The Site may link to third-party websites (e.g. Wikipedia for film information) or embed third-party services (e.g. IP-based location lookup, analytics, ad networks). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices or terms of any third-party site or service. Your interactions with those third parties are governed by their own terms and policies.

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or accuracy of counts, statistics or user-submitted data. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that individual entries will be preserved indefinitely.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the operators of the Site be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Site — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed one hundred Indian Rupees (INR 100).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the operators of the Site from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your User Contributions, your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site, remove your User Contributions, or discontinue the Site (in whole or in part) at any time and without prior notice, at our sole discretion.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
